By booking Valleytaff Discos and Karaoke (VDK) you agreed to the following:

The client is responsible for ensuring that there is an adequate electrical supply at the venue for the disco equipment.

The client is responsible for the safety and security of the venue and its guests, and agrees to remove any person causing a nuisance to the DJ in attendance or any other guests.

It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the DJ in attendance has access to the venue at least 1 hour prior to the event start time. This is to allow adequate time to set up all equipment.

In the event of loss or damage to equipment or musical materials, which has been caused as a result of behaviour from an attending guest, the client will be responsible for replacing or repairing such items and to compensate for loss of earnings and will be invoiced accordingly.

If you need to cancel a booking, then this is to be done at least 14 days prior to the event start date, any deposit paid at the time of booking is non refundable. Cancellations received within 7 days of the event start date will result in the client being liable for the full balance.

If you wish to change the date of your booking, this is to be requested 14 days prior to the original event start date in order to transfer your deposit to a new booking. It is important to contact us in the first instance to confirm if your alternative date is available to book.

The client is responsible for ensuring that there is adequate supervision for persons under the age of 18 at all disco events and that a good standard of behaviour will be upheld. In the case of children's parties the party organiser is responsible for arranging prizes for the party games.

Your booking with VDK is only secured once we have received your deposit.

Travel to certain locations within Cheshire and any travel outside the county of Cheshire may incur a small travelling premium. Costs available on request.
