EVENT
IN AID OF CHRISTIES
In an effort to raise much needed funds, Valleytaff Discos organised and hosted a full out event on September 12th 2008 at Our Lady's Social Club, Mayfield Avenue, Widnes. The event was ticket only which resulted in significant funds being raised in John Rigby's name for the Young's Oncology Unit at Christies Hospital, Manchester. Everyone that came along gave generously and supported the event.
HALTON HAVEN HOSPICE
Irish and Country group "Franklyn" donated their performance free of charge in aid of the event. Funds were raised by sponsored walks, local business donations, raffles and bonanza stalls.
EVENT IN AID OF CYSTIC FIBROSIS
On the 16th May, Our Lady's hosted an event in aid of Cystic Fibrosis. The group "Franklyn" again provided the live entertainment supported by Valleytaff Discos.
